Look & Feel – Screenshots
Basic interface to get the comparison task started. A great feature, in our opinion, is that Synkronizer can be started at any point regardless which files are currently displayed.
The basic settings allow to save comparison tasks as projects or even to create templates. Color coding for difference types can be fully customized.
In our opinion, Synkronizer has a great workflow to work with databases. Each spreadsheet can be individually specified whether it should be compared as a spreadsheet or as a database. In case of comparing it as a database, multiple keys and their priority can be individually defined.
Symbols for each spreadsheet give a clear overview, how they are compared.
Multiple filter and option settings enable, to really customize each comparison task. These features are unique to Synkronizer and make file comparison very easy, convenient and accurate.
Once the file comparison is completed, the entire workflow can be continued out of a single interface. From highlighting and un-highlighting differences to automatic updating of individual differences or entire difference types. A seamless work process is fully supported by parallel scrolling and hyperlinks.
A linked summary of all identified differences for each spreadsheet gives an easy to understand overview of the results.
For each difference type the available update options are provided. This feature is unique to Synkronizer and makes it, in our opinion, the only solution that covers the entire scope of file comparison. From identifying differences, visualization and updating.
Difference reports are shown in excel, are hyperlinked and can be further customized or processed.
